The Pipe Fitters' Local 597 Retirement Fund is designed to pay pensions to participants who have worked over the years as Local 597 members in the pipe fitting industry. The Fund covers approximately 6,000 active pipe fitters and 4,500 retirees and surviving spouses paying approximately $83 million per year in pension benefits. |
