Dependent Eligibility Audit Now In Process

You should have recently received a Dependent Verification Notice from a company called Secova.  The Board of Trustees hired Secova to perform a dependent eligibility audit for the Welfare Fund in order to confirm that only ELIGIBLE dependents are covered by the Plan.

Please be sure to complete the audit prior to August 7, 2019 to ensure that all of your eligible dependents remain covered.  Any unverified dependents will be dropped from the Plan until proper documentation has been received.

For your convenience, a link to the secure Secova website can be found below.  In order to begin the process you will need your Secova ID#, which can be found in the top right corner of the Verification form you received.
