The Consolidated Appropriations Act and the No Surprises Act require the following information be made available to plan participants on our website. This information will be updated as new regulations become effective and additional guidance is released.

A requirement of the Transparency in Coverage rules outlined in the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 is to provide members with an internet based price comparison tool allowing you to receive an estimate of your cost-sharing responsibility for a specific item or service from a specific provider or providers, for 500 items and services.  Please click here access this tool.

Effective July 1, 2022 - In-Network and Out-of-Network Machine Readable Files:

The Transparency in Coverage rules require non-grandfathered group health plans to publish machine readable files for in-network provider rates for covered items and services and out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for covered items and services.
