Pipe Fitters' Local 597 Family Wellness Centers
The 597 Family Wellness Centers in Mokena and Crown Point are available to all covered members, retirees and their dependents age 6 and up. Services offered at both centers include primary care, chronic condition coaching, prevention, and lab services. In addition, we offer physical therapy at the Mokena center. All services at the wellness centers are free, including a limited supply of generic prescription medications.

IMORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19
In order to ensure the health and safety of you, our patients, as well as our clinical staff we are temporarily changing how we will provide treatment and the way you are able to schedule appointments.
- At this time, all patients are required to call ahead to make an appointment for services to see a provider. Please do not come directly to the health center without an appointment. We are adhering to a ‘no walk-in’ policy during this unprecedented medical event.
- If you are in respiratory distress (difficulty breathing), call 911 or go to the ER.
- If you have respiratory symptoms, flu-like symptoms, or potential symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath), do NOT come to the health center. Please call the health center to discuss with your provider. The health centers are not able to do COVID-19 testing at this time. For additional information please visit the CDC website.
