Our Brothers & Sisters from Local 597 are having their screening on Sept 8-10, from 9 am - 6 pm at the following locations:
Sept 8 - Crown Point Wellness Center
Sept 9 - Mokena Wellness Center
Sept 10 - Palatine Wellness Center
Scans will be in increments of 5-minute blocks, starting at 9 am. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scan with a valid photo ID.
This screening is for active or retired members only over the age of 50 who have worked in an industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or residential setting.
Maximum of 100 scans per day, first come, first served.
Please contact one of the Wellness Centers to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins welcome.
